FERC Meeting in Morrisville for Dominion Transmissions New Market Project

An important FERC scoping meeting was held in Morrisville to gather comments for Dominion Transmissions New Market Project. Local Union 35 had 45 members in attendance in addition to representatives from the New York State LECET and New York State Laborers Organizing Fund at the Morrisville - Eaton Middle/High School Auditorium. Local Union 35 Business Manager Carmen Nicotera spoke in favor of the $160 million dollar project that will include the construction of 2 new compressor stations and upgrades to 3 existing facilities.
