Construction Workers Urge Yonkers Mayor To Keep Union-Labor Rule

Hundreds of local construction workers and allies joined together to protest the decision by the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) not to renew a requirement for new development jobs of $5 million or more in the city to require a project labor agreements (PLA) in publicly subsidized development.
