Thousands of members of the Laborers' NYC Locals joined with other NYC Building Construction Trades to hold a solidarity rally with thousands of members against open shop contractors.

The message was clear - open shop is the developer’s way of destroying the union class. The rally was held at 34th street and 10th avenue. Our own Mason Tenders' District Council Business Manager Robert Bonanza and Local 79 Business Manager Mike Prohaska spoke at the event.
