Buffalo Job Action

There has been a job action against Ellicott Development, a company owned by Carl Paladino.

Members of Local 210, Buffalo Building Trades along with NYS Laborers LECET and New York State Laborers' Organizing Fund have had membership participation that on some days has amounted to fifty people in the line.

There is no end in sight for this rally effort, the goal is to continue each day until there is a meeting. Rally highlights include:

1. We are allowed 2 minutes in and out for nonunion workers and deliveries.

2. Prevented a concrete pour, costing about $7,000.00.

3. Prevented Carl Paladino from coming on site.
